Saint Lucia is the only country which will have a semi-finals contest to select a representative. Every other country's finalist will be selected through the application process. This event will only be the local semi-finalist presenting to the judges. No audience except for family and sponsors who wish to attend.
GRAND FINALE- THE LANDINGS ST. LUCIA

This is a regional competition featuring the finalist from all five islands: Curacao, Guadeloupe, Barbados, St Martin and St. Lucia. On competition night, the S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna Caribbean Jr Chef will prepare a signature dish, with a story inspired by their island. The chef must present a philosophy behind the dish. They must have a story to tell and this story or interpretation is presented and judged together with the dish.
The winner of the first S.Pellegrino and Aqua Panna Caribbean Jr Chef will be announced at this event. This event is invited guests only and a Grand Jury of Michelin Trained and Five Star hotel chefs.
